Our courses take place in the pool during 3 sessions: fall, winter and spring. In the summer, the courses take place in nature!

Please note that all our courses except those offered in Mont-Tremblant will be closed from March 1 to 7, 2020.

For people who are already Sport Plus members

SUP Yoga, SUP Fitness and SUP Yoga Mix Fitness are classes where you will perform simple and effective movements. The classes are suitable for all levels, you don’t need to have any experience. The sessions are progressive and modifications are offered throughout each class, to take your time or to challenge you further. The boards are more stable than they look, although there is still an extra challenge. Your proprioception will be stimulated and your tone will be firmed up in the glutes, abs as well as your entire spine.

Descriptions:

SUP Yoga focus: Flexibility, endurance, balance, stretching and relaxation.

SUP Fitness focus: Toning, abs, glutes, motor skills, endurance, strength training, cardio, and balance.

45 min. high intensity, 1hr extra time for stretching and warm up.

SUP Yoga Fitness focus: Mix of fitness and power yoga. Intensity and short relaxation.

SUP Pilates focus: Complete, gentle, deep muscle workout. To decrease common and long term pain, improve your posture, flexibility and strength.

Levels: 

Beginner: If you are a little more fearful and don’t feel physically fit at all, this class is ideal for you. A slightly slower pace to help you gain confidence.

All levels (mix.): Classes tailored for everyone. From beginner to advanced; everyone will enjoy and be satisfied. Options to push harder or take it easy are offered throughout the class. We will cover the basics and grow together.

Advanced: This class is perfect for people who are not afraid, are already active and consider themselves fit. No previous SUP Fitness experience is necessary to take this class.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

You have up to 3 days after the first class of the session to cancel and get a refund. A handling fee of 10% of the remaining value of your session is applicable. The used course will be charged at the single course rate.

After this time, sessions are non-refundable.
