Purchase and refund policies
Purchases from the online store are considered final sales. In the event of a defect and warranty, we accept the return of the product after communication with us and approval that the problem is covered by the warranty.
If you have to return the product by mail, you will have to do it yourself at your own expense, or bring it back to the store for exchange. To ensure the correct size if this is the case, please refer to our size charts for each product.
If in doubt, call us, write to us at info@echoaloha.com, or come in store to try it out (by appointment). We are not responsible for any size errors for your size. We are not responsible for transport damage or theft of packages.
Our refund policy
With an administration fee of at least $25, up to a maximum of 10%, to cover the management of the cancellation file and the running costs incurred.
